Bio of Matti Heinonen

Matti Heinonen is lawyer by education and has a long career in the Finnish Immigration administration as the Head of Section of the International cooperation at the Finnish Immigration Service (MIGRI). Previously he acted as the Head of the Dublin Section and the Deputy Head of the Asylum Unit of the MIGRI. He is also a lecturer and expert on migration management, mixed migration flows, refugee law, international law on human rights, human smuggling and trafficking, voluntary and forced return, readmission and integration, visa management, document security and biometric systems of the EU, in several administrations, universities and organisations in more than 20 different countries around the world.

As a private person he began several decades ago to question the facts of contemporary belief paradigms to see if there were other possible perspectives that could rationally explain the reality. Through questioning it has become obvious that the current scientific paradigms are not carved in stone, they are often simply assumptions about the nature of reality that many people accepted as fact. The questioning ultimately created enough reasonable doubt regarding mainstream reality interpretations that he chose to address such ideas in a more objective framework on the website of My Quantum Transformation, rather than simply dismiss them because they challenged what had been thought about the nature of reality.

Matti Heinonen on koulutukseltaan lakimies ja tehnyt pitkän virkauran valtionhallinnossa. Hän on työskennellyt tulosalueen johtajana Maahanmuuttovirastossa (MIGRI) vastuualueenaan kansainvälinen yhteistyö ja sitä ennen pitkään turvapaikka-asioista vastaavan yksikön johtotehtävissä. Hän on luennoinut muun muassa maahanmuuton hallinnasta, turvapaikkalainsäädännöstä, ihmisoikeuksia koskevasta kansainvälisestä lainsäädännöstä, ihmissalakuljetuksesta ja ihmiskaupasta, siirtolaisuudesta ja biometrisistä järjestelmistä sekä viranomaisille että kansainvälisten organisaatioiden kutsumana yli 30 eri maassa ympäri maailmaa.

Yksityishenkilönä hän alkoi kyseenalaistaa vuosikymmeniä sitten nykytieteen perusteita selvittääkseen, onko muita mahdollisia näkökulmia, jotka voisivat luotettavasti selittää todellisuuden luonnetta. Vuosien tutkimusten jälkeen on käynyt ilmeiseksi, että nykyiset tieteelliset paradigmat eivät ole kiveen hakattuja, vaan ne ovat usein yksinkertaisesti oletuksia todellisuuden luonteesta, jonka monet ihmiset hyväksyivät tosiasiana. Tämä on johtanut siihen, että hän on päättänyt esittää My Quantum Transformation -kotisivulla tutkimiaan asioita. Ne kyseenalaistavat sen, mitä todellisuuden luonteesta yleensä ajatellaan.
